(4/11/2015 - web) Twitter anunció a través de su Blog.twitter que eliminará los "favoritos" de su plataforma, y la sustituirá por el icónico "me gusta" y estará representada por un corazón en lugar de por una estrella.
"We are changing our star icon for favorites to a heart and we’ll be calling them likes. We want to make Twitter easier and more rewarding to use, and we know that at times the star could be confusing, especially to newcomers. You might like a lot of things, but not everything can be your favorite."
A partir del martes se verá corazones en Twitter para los sistemas operativos iOS y Android , twitter.com , TweetDeck , Twitter para Windows 10 , y en los tweets a través de Internet , así como en la aplicación y el sitio web de la vid Android. Próximamente saldrá en vid para iOS y Twitter para Mac.
